Australian Open Water Swimming Championships 2021
This March, Swimming Australia hosts the famous Australian Open Water Swimming Championships in Coolum!
For the first time, this event will attract keen swimmers of all ages and fitness levels to Coolum Sunshine Coast. There’ll be 14 open water swimming events to take part in and spectate over one whole weekend, comprising 5km, 7.5km and 10km distances for women, men, girls and boys aged 16 and up!
The event hub will be Oz Ski Resort Coolum on Junction Drive, which is 20 minutes’ drive from the championship's previous location at Lake Kawana.
For swimmers looking to challenge themselves this autumn, the 2021 Australian Open Water Swimming Championships welcomes all to take part - including spectators and swimming fans wanting to soak up all the action and cheer on the participants.
