Tariffs: Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by a deposit receipt, the tariff will be honoured. Tariffs include linen and room towels.

Deposits: To confirm a booking, a deposit of $100 is required during Low season, with $200 required for Mid and High seasons. Visa and Mastercard, Cheque & Direct Deposit acceptable for payment of deposit.

Payment: Balance of account is payable upon check-in. Payment may be made via Visa; Mastercard; EFTPOS. Cheques not accepted for balance unless arranged prior with management. Driver's licence and credit card details will be required upon check-in.  In lieu of credit card, a security bond of $200 will be required.  AVisa DEBIT card is not a Credit Card.

Refund: If a booking is cancelled, no refund of the deposit shall be made unless and until the unit is relet for the total period of the proposed occupancy. A cancellation may attract an administration fee of $30.

Unit Allocation: Every effort will be made to allocate requested apartments where possible. When circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative unit will be allocated.

Unit Capacity: Studio & One-bedroom - 2 persons; 1.5 Bedroom - 3 persons; 2 Bedroom - 4 persons; 2.5 Bedroom- 5 persons. Additional adults $30/night or $150week. Additional children (4-13) $20/night or $100/week.

Hire: Cot (with linen) and high chair available for hire for nominal fee.

Apartments are serviced weekly where the stay is more than eight (8) days.
Long-stay rates available upon request.

Check-in: 2pm
Check-out: 10am
Late check-outs and early check-ins will be accommodated where possible.
